If you have an old Pc like Pentium 4 or Pentium D or Duel Core and your processor name and speed are not in good reputation to show your friends or relatives, So not to worry here we have a trick which will be a magic trick to you. You can change your processor name and Can show others that you have a higher speed pc like core 2 du, Core Quad, Core i3 or Core i5.. not believe?? .. I know that .. you just need to follow me and see a magic after this.. 
ets start 
Stepp 1
 Click on Start Menu and click on “Run”.

Step 2
Type “regedit” without double quotes and press enter.


You will see registry edit box.  Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
select 
HARDWARE
select
DESCRIPTION
select
SYSTEM
CENTRAL PROCESSOR\0


Step 3
Now click on “ 0 “ . you will see some  files appeared in the right pane.
In the right pane list  double click the file named “Processor NameString”. 

Step 4
 Now you will see a dialog box.  Here you can change the value data to anything you
want like Core 2 Quad or Core i3, i5 etc. You can also write here your own name


it's all done .. isn't it a magic ??You can also apply this process to change processor name of i5 to Pentium 4..
