Yes it can be possible and trust me it is so simple.. You just need to follow all my steps ...
Step 1
Open My Computer
Now you can see this


















Step 2
Format your USB drive

Step 3
Now click right button on USB drive. You will see a drop menu. Now click at properties at the last
   

                                                                                                                                                              

Step 4    You will see a new menu .. Here you have to select READYBOOST


Step 5   click on 'delicate this device to Readyboost  and apply it.. then press Ok
                                                                                                                                                              
 Now open your drive .. you will see this
It means you are device is ready to boost.. Now you will observe that your system is running at high speed.. That's it!
